1/2 cup butter
2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup (less 2 Tbl.) flour
1 cup pecans -- chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream together the butter and powdered sugar. Add the flour, pecans and vanilla. Mix well.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place on a greased baking sheet. Flatten with the bottom of a glass that has been diped in powdered sugar. Bake in a preheated 300-deg. F. oven for 15 to 20 minutes. When done, roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
