Whenever I make these for any occassion, they're one of the first things gone! I always end up making a double batch. I hope you enjoy them.

BBQ Water Chestnuts
Yield: 48 pieces

2 cans whole water chestnuts, drained
1 pound bacon, cut each slice into thirds
1 cup ketchup
2/3 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Wrap each water chestnut with a piece of bacon. Secure with toothpick. Bake in shallow pan for 50 minutes at 350. Drain on papertowels. Combine remaining ingredients. Place chestnuts in a casserole dish. Pour sauce overtop to cover. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350. Serve hot.
