My grandmother used to take leftover turkey, put it on bread and add both leftover dressing and cranberry sauce. I've never tried it, but she loved those sandwiches.
I have eaten a turkey/cranberry sandwich which used cream cheese as a spread on the bread, and then had turkey, cranberry sauce, and lettuce on it. It was really good.
