ISO: Question: anyone know how to remove a mildew smell from a clothes dryer?

Misc.
My husband accidentally dried clothes that had mildewed in our dryer, and now the dryer smells terribly of mildew and is getting worse.

Any idea how to get the smell out? I tried running the dryer on the hottest setting, to no avail. I'm desperate!

Thanks in advance for any help you all could provide.
