TURKEY MEAT BALLS
1 pound ground raw turkey 1/3 cup fine dry breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons margarine, melted 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning 2 tablespoons oil 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup 2 tablespoons water 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (moderate).
Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, margarine, egg, salt, and poultry seasoning. Shape into 30 balls, about 1-inch in diameter. Lightly brown turkey balls in heated oil in a heavy frypan. Place balls in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Drain excess fat from frypan. Add soup, water, and curry powder. Heat and stir until smooth. Pour over turkey balls.
Cover and bake 45 minutes.
