A good substitution if you can't find the original Snap-E-Tom is to get a bottle of Trader Joe's Garden Patch vegetable juice, and a bottle of habanero hot sauce, (El Yucateco is the brand most often seen in stores in CA, AZ, NV, Etc.)

Play around with the mixture, but just a few drops in a glass-full of Garden Patch juice is almost indistinguishable from Snap-E-Tom. At $2.30 for 64 Oz. bottle of Garden Patch, this is a lot more economical than Snap-E-Tom, as well.
