Hi Kathryn, You can find liquid pasteurized egg whites in a carton in many grocery stores near the eggs or egg beaters. Powdered egg whites (or meringue powder) are usually found in the baking aisle or if you have a craft store or baking supply store that carries Wilton products they should carry it.
