BLACK BOTTOM CUP CAKES BATTER: 1 1/2 cups Flour 1 cup Sugar 1/4 Cup Cocoa 1 tsp.Baking Soda 1/2 tsp. Salt Mix together. ADD: 1 cup Water 1/3 cup Oil 1TBS. White Vinegar 1 tsp. Vanilla FILLING: 1 8oz. Cream Cheese Softened 1/3 Cup Sugar 1 Egg 1/8 tsp.Salt 1 Cup Chocolate Chips. Mix together. Use paper lined mini or very small cupcake tins. HALF fill with BATTER and then add 1 TBS. of FILLING in center. Leave space on top or they will spill over. Bake 350o for 30 minutes. DELICIOUS
POLISH MARY'S WHISKEY CAKE Grease and flour Tube Pan. Preheat oven 350o
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix 1 Box Pistachio Instant Pudding 1/2 cup Milk 1/2 cup Whiskey 2/3 cup Oil 4 Eggs 2 TBS. Sour Creme
Beat all of the above for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup Chopped Walnuts 1/2 cup chopped Marchino Cherries 1 cup Minnie Chocolate Chips
Mix with beaten mixture and bake 350o for one hour and 10 minutes or until done. ENJOY!
