MARIE'S RICE PUDDING

Here is a delicious no bake rice pudding. I never liked rice pudding, until my Mothers friend made me try hers and I have been making it ever since. My children love it!

1/2 Gallon Whole Milk
1 cup regular rice (uncooked)
3/4 cup Sugar
4 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1 TBS. Vanilla

Cook Milk, Rice and Sugar until thick. Remove from heat. Add Ice Cream until it melts. Add Vanilla. Cool and chill. "EXCELLENT"
