Snickerdoodles from Cake mix
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 yellow cake mix ( 18.25 oz)
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine in a bowl, vanilla, dry cake mix, oil and eggs. Stir until well blended. Combine sugar and ground cinnamon in shallow bowl. Form cookie dough into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in cinnamon- sugar mixture. Place cookies on baking sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes until cookies are set and lightly browned. Remove to cooking rack.
