We have made this ice cream recipe for as long as I can remember. I have never
wanted to try any thing else. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

(makes 1 gallon)

4 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. half & half
2 c. whipping cream
4 1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 t. salt
5 c. milk

Make according to manufacturer's directions. I use an electric ice cream maker
and for the salt to ice ratio I use: 1 to 4 parts. Also, mix the ingredients
and add milk last. That way you fill it right to the line instead of chancing
getting it past the fill line. ENJOY!
