1 - baked 9-inch pie shell ,cooled 1 - qt. strawberries, fresh or frozen 1\2 - c. sugar 2 - T. cornstarch 1\2 - c. water Blend together sugar, cornstarch in a saucepan. Add water and strawberries. Pour in cooled pie shell. Chill for 1 to 2 hrs. or until set. Top with cool whip. Can add food coloring to make the pie red.
