Jumbo Cheddar Dill Muffins Recipe by: Nancy Brown Yields 9 jumbo or 12 standard muffins
3 1/2 cups flour 3 Tbsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. baking powder 2 tsp. dill weed 1 tsp. salt 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese 1 3/4 cups milk 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 cup butter, melted
In bowl combine first 6 ingredients. Combine rest of ingredients and stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups almost full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
