A childhood favorite of mine:
PINEAPPLE RUBY
4 small boxes grape-flavored gelatin 4 cups boiling water 1 (20-ounce) can blueberry pie filling 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice 3 cups cold water
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Chill until set.
