Low-Fat Summer Salad Dressing
alt.food.fat-free/Dallas and Rina (2000)
Makes 3/4 cup dressing

1/2 cup tomato juice, canned
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. onion, minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in a jar with top; shake well and chill to blend flavors.

Calories per tbsp 5, Fat 0.1g, Fiber 0.4g.
