Thank you, Betsy for including the low-fat recipes recently. We (as I am sure many do) try to observe a healthy diet on a regular basis so that we can then enjoy all the wonderful recipes that our friends post here on our "splurge days", special occasions,and when entertaining, etc. Good low-fat recipes make life so much more enjoyable. I appreciate all that you do for us on this GREAT site.
