Watermelon Frappe

Servings: 4

4 cups watermelon -- cubed & seeded
2 tbsp sugar -- superfine
12 oz ginger ale -- -or-
12 oz lemon-lime soda
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon rind -- grated
4 thin lemon slices

Put the watermelon, lemon juice, lemon
rind and sugar in a blender.
Whirl until pureed.
Pour into a serving pitcher.
Stir in the ginger ale.
Pour into tall glasses over ice cubes.
Garnish with lemon slices.
