Jasmine Rice Side Dish for Lobster

Jasmine Rice with a just a tiny little chiffonade of Italian Parsley and finely grated Lemon Rind mixed in after it's been cooked and fluffed. - The rice is flavored with the sauce dripping off the lobster. It's absolutely sublime.
