Pepper Rice rec.food.recipes/Katherine Gotts (2001)
2 tsp vegetable oil 2 tsp hot chili oil 1/2 cup diced red pepper 1/2 cup diced yellow pepper 1/2 cup diced green pepper 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced 3 cup cooked rice 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Heat oils in a large skillet; add peppers and garlic. Cook until tender. Stir in rice and salt. Cook 3 min, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.
