BENIHANA MAGIC MUSTARD SAUCE

Also good with chicken and shrimp.

1/4 cup dry mustard
2 Tbsp. cold water
3 Tbsp. heavy (whipping) cream
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds, crushed
1 tsp. grated lemon rind

Mix dry mustard with heavy cream and 2 tbsp. water in a small bowl. Add soy sauce, sesame seeds and lemon rind. Mix till smooth.

Makes 2/3 cup
