Banana Muffins (WW pt=2) alt.support.diet.weightwatchers/Michelle (2002) Makes: 12 muffins, 2 WW pts each
1 1/2 cups flour 1/3 cup sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 egg whites 2 ripe bananas mashed 1/4 cup skim milk 1/2 cup corn syrup
As with all muffins, mix wet in one bowl, dry in another, add wet to dry and stir until just moist. Bake in paper-lined or sprayed muffin pans at 400F for 20-25 minutes.
