Caramel Pecan Nut Topping:
2/3 c.brown sugar,firmly packed 1 1/2 tsp.flour 2 egg yolks 2/3 c.milk 1 Tbls.butter 1/2 c.pecans,chopped
Combine brown sugar,flour,egg yolks,milk & butter in a heavy 2 quart saucepan.
Cook over medium heat,stirring occasionally,till thick(about 15 minutes).
Stir in pecans.Cool
