CHOCOLATE CONFETTI SQUARES
1/4 cup Butter or margarine 1/2 cup Peanut Butter 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips 8 oz. Miniature Colored Marshmallows
Melt butter with peanut in a large saucepan. Stir in chips until melted. Cool so that you can hold your hand on the bottom of the pan. Add marshmallowsand stir until are coated. Pack in 9x9 pan that has been lined with wax paper or tin foil for easy removal to cut or freeze. Refrigerate. Makes 36 squares.
Also good with Butterscotch Chips instead of chocolate chips. They will disappear fast but they freeze well also.
