Cinnamon-Raisin Bread (Bread Machine) Source: Oster Deluxe Bread and Dough Maker (1997)
1.5 LB LOAF: 1 1/4 cups water 2 Tablespoons margarine 3 1/4 cups white bread flour 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (2 tsp. bread machine) MIX-INS : 3/4 cup raisins
2 lb. LOAF: 1 1/2 cups water 2 Tablespoons margarine 4 cups white bread flour 1/4 cup sugar 2 teaspoons salt 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast -- (or bread machine) MIX-INS: 3/4 cup raisins
Remove bread pan; attach kneading blade. Place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed. Insert bread pan, close lid and plug in. Select bread type: Sweet Bread cycle. (For Oster number 8). Press start. Bread will be done baking in the number of hours indicated. Add Mix-in when bread maker beeps, about 32 minutes after starting.
