SPAGHETTI SALAD
12 oz. thin spaghetti, cooked, drained, and rinsed with cold water 1 bottle (8 oz.) Italian salad dressing--We use fat-free 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup diced pepperoni 1/2 cup cup fully cooked ham 1/2 cup diced tomato 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped cucumber 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
Place spaghetti in a large salad bowl and add remaining ingredients. Toss lightly to mix. Chill until ready to serve. Yield: 15-20 servings.
