Crab Quiche rec.food.recipes/Glenn/Sharon Gorman (1994)
1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons flour 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup milk 2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat flaked and drained 1/3 cup chopped green onions 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in crab, onion, parsley and cheese. Spoon into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
