Old San Juan Daiquiri (Daiquiri al Estilo del Viejo San Juan)

1/4 cup white rum (In Ponce, my hometown, we prefer Rum Don Q)
1/2 cup guava nectar
dash grenadine syrup
1 lime wedge

Pour all of the ingredients except the lime wedge into an iced-filled glass. Squeeze the lime wedge into the drink.
