Breakfast Casserole Servings 12
Seasoned croutons 1/2 lb cheese, cubed 2 C milk 1/2 t salt 1/2 C margarine 1 lb ham, cubed 6 eggs, beaten 1/2 t dry mustard 1 can mushrooms, drained parsley, onion and green pepper, chopped if desired
Grease 9x13" pan and cover bottom with layer of seasoned croutons. Sprinkle on ham and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, mushrooms, and desired extras. Pour over mixture in pan. Melt margarine and pour over the top of all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 F with pan covered. Uncover last 10 minutes of cooking time.
