Recipe: Dunking Donuts (using biscuit mix)

Dunking Donuts

Makes 1 dozen

1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups biscuit mix

Heat oil in deep fryer to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients until fully blended. On a lightly floured surface place mixed ingredients and knead for 3 to 4 minutes. Roll out to 3/8 inch thick. Cut out with a floured doughnut cutter. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 65 to 70 seconds per side. Take out of oil and place on an absorbent paper. Total time 20 to 25 minutes.
