Baked Tomatoes w/French Dressing: Serves 4
4 medium ripe tomatoes 1/4 c.olive oil 1 1/2 Tbls.cider vinegar 1/4 tsp.Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbls.sugar 1 1/2 tsp.instant minced onion 1/4 tsp.salt 1/4 tsp.dry mustard 1/3 c.medium fine cracker crumbs 1 Tbls.butter,melted
Cut thin slice from top of each tomato.Hollow out slightly.Combine next 7 ingredients.Spoon into center of each tomato.
Mix cracker crumbs & butter.Sprinkle over tomatoes.Place in a 9 x 1 1/2 inch round baking pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or till heated through.
