Pork Tenderloin with Apples (crock pot)

Buy the leanest tenderloin you can find and trim it of all visible fat. There is very little fat in the tenderloin, and none added for cooking. The steaming effect of the crockpot renders the meat juicy and flavorful.

Place into a crockpot:
1 cup water
1 tbsp. chicken (or beef) bouillon (why don't they make pork bouillon?)
2 tbsp. rosemary leaves
a dash each of paprika, sage, thyme

Roll tenderloin and place into pot.
Sprinkle with:
1 tbsp. onion powder

Chop into large chunks:
1 medium onion
3 small apples
and place them into the pot.

Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Do not stir.
