Sandy's Buttermilk Bread rec.food.cooking/Sandy (1998)
1 1/8 cups buttermilk (or 1/4 cup dry buttermilk powder and 1 1/8 cups water) 3 cups bread flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. butter or margarine 3 tbsp. honey 1/4 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. dry yeast
Place all ingredients in order given into bread pan, select light crust setting, and press start.
Allow to cool on rack 1 hour before slicing.
