Peach Almond Smoothie rec.food.baking/rounds (1998) Makes 1 serving
1 cup fat free or low fat milk 1 large ripe peach, peeled, pitted and cut into eighths, or 2 canned peach halves, drained 5 or 6 ice cubes 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. almond extract
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed until very smooth and foamy, about 1 minute. Pour into a chilled glass and serve.
