Watermelon Popsicles:
Makes about 36 small popsicles.

1/2 watermelon
2 tsp.fresh lemon juice
1/2 c.sugar
1/2 c.distilled water

Cut watermelon into cubes & rub through a strainer to remove seeds,making 3 cups watermelon juice.

In small saucepan mix together sugar & water,simmer 3 minutes.

Remove from heat,stir in watermelon juice & lemon juice.Turn into 2 ice trays.

Freeze till very mushy & insert a popsicle stick in each cube.Freeze.
