Easy Cheesy Peachy Pie
Crust:
3/4 C. Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Pkg Cook Type Vanilla Pudding
3 Tbs Butter(melted)
1/2 C. Milk
1 Egg
Mix all of the above together & pour into a 9-10" pie plate
15-20 oz can well drained sliced peaches(reserve liquid)
Arrange slices on top of crust batter.
1 8 Oz Package Cream Cheese
3 Tbs. Peach Juices
1/2 C. Sugar
Beat together until light. Spoon over the peaches.
Sprinkle top with 1 Tbs Sugar combined with 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon.
Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes.
