QUICK AND EASY PEACH COBBLER

1 large can sliced peaches in juice or fresh peach if in season.
1 cup sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup milk
1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
Cinnamon

In 2 1/2-3 quart Casserole dish..pour your peaches and their juice.*

Mix together your sugar, flour, milk and melted butter. Blend all ingredients well and pour over your peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake 350 for about 45 minutes.

Serve warm with Vanilla Ice Cream or just plain.

This recipe won 1st. place for me at our National Fair last year..200l
