Crazy Crust Cobbler rec.food.cooking/Karrie Hartridge (1996) Serves 6
Here's one handed down by my grandmother. It's our all time favorite.
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter melted in the same pan you cook cobbler in. Can use a square pan for a thicker cobbler or a 13x9 pan for a thinner one.
Mix in a bowl: 1 cup flour 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1 cup milk
Pour this over the melted butter. Add sweetened fruit-either fresh or canned.
Bake at 350 till browned about 1/2 hour.
