I never know what type of recipe I might find wherever I go, but I keep my eyes & ears opened for new ways to prepare foods. Such was the case with this Cabbage au Gratin which I haven't tried yet. Just a note of interest--when I moved to Virginia from Mississippi in Decemmber of 1969, I told my parents that they had a lot of foresight in naming me.
