Almond & Cinnamon French Toast Recipe from Swan House South Bed & Breakfast
4 eggs 1/2 cup almond syrup (coffee flavorings) or Amaretto liqueur 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup Half & Half 6 large croissants Powdered sugar Thinly sliced almonds
Mix eggs, almond syrup, cinnamon and Half & Half well with blender. Cut croissants (frozen), in half. Dip croissants in egg mixture and put on hot griddle. Serve with maple syrup or honey butter syrup. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and thin sliced almonds. Top with sliced kiwi or berries. Serves: 4
