Melissa's Beef Stew
V-8 juice (1 can) Beef Broth (14 1/2 oz) 1/4 cup red wine 1 cup water McCormick Beef stew seasoning (1.5 oz) 1 Tbsp beef boulin 1 Tbsp Montreal Steak seasoning 1 1/2 lbs stew meat 4 baking potatoes, cut up 1 can peas 1 can carrots
Combine everything except peas and carrots in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours and add the peas and carrots no more than 2 hours before serving so they don't get too mushy (I'd place them in the beginning if using fresh veggies).
