Philly Cheese Steak
24 ounces thin sliced rib eye or eye roll steak 6 Tablespoons Soya bean oil Cheese (we recommend Cheez Whiz American or Provolone works fine) 1 large Spanish onion, sliced Mushrooms, sliced 4 each crusty Italian Rolls Salt & pepper to taste
Heat oil in pan. Add steak slices, onion, and mushrooms; cook until done.
Top with desired cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
Place in rolls and salt and pepper to taste.
