Chicken-Mushroom Sandwiches Yield: 6 Servings Source: The Culinary Arts Cookbook 1 c minced cooked chicken 1/2 c (4 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped 1/4 c salted almonds, chopped 3 tb salad dressing 2 tb chopped green olives 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp paprika 6 frankfurter buns, cut in halves
Combine the filling ingredients and blend well. Spread between halves on buns. Serves 6
