1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp anchovy paste, or 2 anchovy fillets, rinsed and chpd 4 tbsp chopped chives/green onion 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 cup nonfat mayonnaise 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream 1/3 cup chopped parsley 3 tbsp nonfat milk 1/4 tsp pepper
Blend all ingredients. Refrigerate.
