Recipe: Turkey Broccoli Casserole

TURKEY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

2 cups leftover turkey
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick oleo
5 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. bread crumbs

Cut cooked chicken into bite size pieces. Put into 9x13 baking dish. Cook broccoli in salted water - drain. Place on top of chicken. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Blend in flour. Add cheese and broth. Cook until thick. Add whipping cream, stir until smooth. Put over chicken and broccoli. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake 25 minutes.
