Recipe: Hawaiian Fruit Dip (using pudding mix)

Hawaiian Fruit Dip

1 package (3.4 ounces) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 1/4 cups cold milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1/3 cup shredded coconut
Assorted fresh fruit such as; strawberries, melon balls or chunks, kiwi slices, orange sections, peach slices, and papaya or mango slices.

In medium bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk until well blended. Blend in sour cream. Stir in pineapple and coconut. Cover, refrigerate until chilled, 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with fresh fruit dippers.
