Chicken Dim Sum Recipe
24 Chicken wings, separated, tips discarded 2 c Soy sauce 2 tsp Prepared mustard (Asian) 2 tsp Freshly grated ginger 1/2 c Sugar 2 tsp Finely chopped garlic
Combine soy, mustard, ginger, sugar and garlic, stir well, then pour over chicken wings, Cover and refrigerate over night. At serving time heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour. |
