CHILI MEAT LOAF

Sauce:
1 C. tomato sauce
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1/2 to 1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine above ingredients and simmer 5 minutes.

Meat Loaf:
1 lb. ground chuck or ground round
1/2 C. evaporated milk
1/3 C. bread crumbs
1/4 C. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt

Mix 1/2 sauce with meat loaf ingredients; form a loaf. Pour other half of sauce over meat loaf. Bake uncovered at 350ºF for 50 to 60 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
