Pizza Meatloaf

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup pizza or tomato sauce, divided
3/4 cup quick cooking oatmeal
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 egg
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp. Accent (optional)
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices

Reserve about 3 Tbsp. of the tomato sauce to top meatloaf.

Combine all ingredients except cheese slices. Divide mixture into thirds. Pat 1/3 in bottom of 9x5x3-inch loaf pan and cover with half the cheese slices. Repeat meat and cheese layers and end with final third of meat mixture on top. Spread top with reserved sauce and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
