Layered Lettuce Salad Yield: 8 Servings Recipe by: Liz Custer 1 head lettuce 1 c celery; diced 4 eggs; sliced hard-boil 1 pk (10 oz) frozen peas; uncooked 1/2 c diced green pepper 1 md onion; diced 8 sl bacon; fried & diced 2 c mayonnaise 2 tb sugar 4 oz cheddar cheese; grated
Layer ingredients in order listed. Mix the 2 c. mayonnaise and 2 tbs. sugar together and spread over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
