Olive Oil Garlic Bread
Source: From THE ULTIMATE BREAD MACHINE COOKBOOK by Lacalamita
2 1/4 tsp yeast
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
1/4 cup garlic flavored olive oil
Place all ingredients in machine and push start!
To make Garlic Olive Oil:
1/3 cup peeled garlic cloves, slightly crushed
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
To make the garlic olive oil, heat the extra-virgin olive oil in a small, heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat. When the oil begins to smoke, remove from heat immediately and let cool for 10 minutes. Add the prepared garlic cloves. Let steep for at least six hours in the refrigerator. Remove garlic cloves from oil and discard.
